Comfortable experience there. Homely place to stay 1 mile away from Guyer Arts Barn. Outstanding and warm room provided with queen beds and couch, for example. Lots of options, great food.
Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice. We loved the standard queen room with a view. - the setting was amazing, just off Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, MA on Cape Cod, and right next door to ferries to the islands.

Very cosy, although the rooms are very noisy, it is absolutely quiet at night time. The beds were very good. Towels were plentiful, creatively draped. Muesli possibilities and fresh fruit very good. Good coffee. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.
No closed wardrobe. Very, very noisy. Breakfast eggs cold and from the plastic bag. The light and the lighting on the balconies blows all night.

The hotel is a romantic place. the staff provides excellent customer service. - the room is well-appointed and well-maintained, with views of the water. - the location is particularly good, close to shops, restaurants, and Main Street Hyannis.

The breakfast was fresh but very simple. There were not enough seats despite the low season and on the last day there were no warm breakfast components at all. A bit noisy, like almost everywhere in the USA.
